في DS Boutique (المشغّلة بواسطة DS Store F.Z.C)، يتم تصنيع العديد من المنتجات — خاصة الشنط — حسب الطلب باستخدام أجود أنواع الجلود الطبيعية، مما يجعل كل قطعة فريدة وخاصة بك. وبسبب طبيعة المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب، لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاسترداد إلا في حالات محددة.

الحالات التي نقبل فيها الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

وصول المنتج بعيب تصنيعي واضح
استلامك منتجاً مختلفاً تماماً عن ما تم طلبه

الإبلاغ خلال

يجب التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب
يجب إرفاق صور واضحة للمشكلة أو المنتج الخاطئ

لا يمكننا قبول الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية

تغيير الرأي أو عدم الرغبة في المنتج بعد التصنيع
استخدام المنتج أو تلفه بعد التسليم

Return & Refund Policy

At DS Boutique (operated by DS Store F.Z.C), many products — especially bags — are made to order using premium natural leather, making each piece custom and unique to you. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in limited cases.

We only accept returns/replacements if

The product arrived with a clear manufacturing defect
You received a completely different item than what was ordered

You must contact us within

48 hours of receiving your order
Include clear photos of the issue or wrong item

We cannot accept returns if

You changed your mind after the item was produced
The product has been used or damaged after delivery
